We offer exchanges only, in the form of store credit.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, neatly packed, and in their original packaging.
Returns should include all received materials (dust bags, covers, etc.) and a copy of the packing list.
Please return items within 10 days of receipt.
We can only exchange the same item in a different size or color, no other exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Upon exchange, you'll receive a new tracking number.
Store credit can be used for future orders.
Exchanges are only accepted within the original shipment country.
Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
