OUR RETURN POLICY ENSURES A SEAMLESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

  • We offer exchanges only, in the form of store credit.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, neatly packed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns should include all received materials (dust bags, covers, etc.) and a copy of the packing list.

  • Please return items within 10 days of receipt.

  • We can only exchange the same item in a different size or color, no other exceptions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Upon exchange, you'll receive a new tracking number.

  • Store credit can be used for future orders.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within the original shipment country.

  • Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
