  • Our garments are thoughtfully re-crafted by a small team of artisans in Texas.

  • Most orders take 1-2 days to ship.

  • When you buy a custom order, anticipate a 2-week crafting period followed by a 1-2 day shipping timeframe once we notify you of your item's completion.

  • Delivery times vary based on payment authorization, stock availability, and your location. Please consider them as estimates.

  • WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE US, IF YOU ARE COMING TO NERAM AS AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM FOR ACCOMMODATION.

LOST PACKAGES

  • It is essential that you provide us with a secure shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of lost or stolen packages.

  • We're unable to assist in locating packages if tracking confirms delivery. Our tracking information is the same as provided to all customers in their fulfillment emails.

OUR RETURN POLICY ENSURES A SEAMLESS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

  • We offer exchanges only, in the form of store credit.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, neatly packed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns should include all received materials (dust bags, covers, etc.) and a copy of the packing list.

  • Please return items within 10 days of receipt.

  • We can only exchange the same item in a different size or color, no other exceptions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Upon exchange, you'll receive a new tracking number.

  • Store credit can be used for future orders.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within the original shipment country.

  • Store credit is valid for one year from the issue date.
